Molpack makes this Legal Notice available to all users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (hereinafter “LSSI”), as well as to inform all users of the website about the conditions of access and use of the same.

For any litigation that may arise related to the website or the activity carried out on it, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barberà del Vallès, provided that such submission is not contrary to the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.
