3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

The conditions of access and use of Molpack are governed by current legislation and by the principle of good faith, with the user committing to make proper use of the website. Conduct that violates the law, the rights, or the interests of third parties is not permitted.

Similarly, the user expressly agrees not to destroy, alter, disable, or otherwise damage any data, programs, or electronic documents found on the website.

Nevertheless, Molpack is not liable for any damages caused by software failures or improper configurations installed on the user’s computer. Furthermore, all information received via the website, such as comments, suggestions, or ideas, will be considered transferred to Molpack. No information should be sent that cannot be treated in this manner.

In accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI, Molpack shall not be held liable for the content of any links found on the website leading to external sites, where applicable.

Molpack does not grant any type of license or authorization for personal use to the user regarding its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other right related to the website and the services offered therein.

Molpack expressly prohibits “framing” or the use of any other mechanism by third parties that alters the website’s original design, configuration, or content.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict regarding the interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice is Spanish law. For any litigation that may arise related to the website or the activity carried out on it, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barberà del Vallès, provided that such submission is not contrary to the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.
