Molpack offers a wide range of jars in its catalog but today we present the first of the M3R family. And what does M3R mean?

Responding to the company´s commitment to innovation and sustainability, Molpack has made a strong commitment to R&D and eco-conscious developments in recent years. As a result of this commitment, we presented M3R range last January. A range that was born with M3R Airless and that today we expand with M3R Jar.

And why 3R? Well, because it is a Recyclable, Recycled and Refill Jar.
Elegant and sustainable packaging made up of 3 fully customizable pieces:

Glass jar with high transparency and weight at its base, to increase the premium feel of the final set.
PP cap on the inside and PP or R-PP PCR on the outside
Refill bucket made of PP and available of course in PCR materials and in the % that the client desires up to 100%

We are talking about a packaging easily refillable thanks to the design of the bucket with a tab that, once the product is consumed, it makes it much easier to be removed from the jar to be replaced with a new one. A refill system with which the consumer can enjoy a qualitative and very cosmetic pack in a practical and simple way, generating less waste and thus protecting the environment.

A refill piece that is completely airtight until its moment of use and is 100% PP, ideal for containing a wide variety of cosmetic formulas of very varied viscosities.

A proposal developed by Molpack’s internal technical engineering team, with a simple and elegant cosmetic design.

A functional and easy-to-use design, which offers a high level of finishes.

MOLPACK 100% MONOMATERIAL, RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE DROPPERS

Because sustainability is no longer a trend, but a need for which we all must be conscious, Molpack presents its first range of fully Monomaterial Droppers, Recyclable and Recycled.

Committed to ecological innovation, the company has dedicated itself to investing in new materials and developments that align with the company, as well as brand and consumers, environmental responsibility goals.

The new Molpack droppers comprise three references, with all components – bulb, collar and pipette – manufactured only with PP, making them 100% mono-material, and consequently 100% recyclable. The full dropper can be disposed of entirely in the recyclable plastic container, as all components are recycled together.

Mono-material droppers lessen the impact products have on the environment, as the production of CO2 emissions is reduced, and the waste generated after use is minimized.

As an additional benefit, they can all be produced with PCR materials – the bulb, the collar and the pipette -, in the percentage that each brand desires and up to 100% of each component, making them 100% recycled droppers.

This new range are available for 20/415, 18/415 and 13/415 necks, fitting perfectly to Molpack bottles, and with lots of different models available on the market.

While everyone talks about PCR materials today, working with recycled materials while maintaining a high level of quality and finish is not easy. Few suppliers can achieve these goals and Molpack is one of them.

NEW MONOLAYER ERGONOMICS DESIGN TOTTLES

Do you know the new range of oval Tottles by Molpack?

Molpack introduces a new range of Tottles with an ergonomic oval design more resepctful to the environment.

We are talking about two new references of Tottles reciclable and recycled.
Two new references that to further boost eco-sensitive targets, can also be developed using PCR materials, manufactured with the customer’s desired percentage of recycled material (up to 100%).

On top of that, and answering to Molpack´s committment to the environment, and helping brands achieve their sustainability goals, this new Monolayer Tottles line are delivered by minimizing secondary packaging. A delivering sytem for optimizing the filling process, and thereby reduce the carbon footprint of the final product.
The new design of these tottles, developed by Molpack’s technical team, sports a fresh oval silhouette, ensuring comfortable and easy dispensing with a high level of control during use.
A new design with an insert allowing the use of a mixing ball that prevents any potential blockage by simply shaking the container.
These new fully functional tottle packs are ideal for a wide range of skincare, makeup, and suncare products. They are also suitable for items with formulas sensitive to light and high temperatures, requiring protection from sun exposure.
Crafted with a semi-flexible material, the containers are ideal for traveling, being resistant to impacts and potential breakage from falls.
Available in two sizes, with capacities of 30 and 50ml, respectively, both references boast a high level of decoration and finishing options, and are fully customizable based on the unique needs and desires of each brand.

M because it´s Monomaterial & 3R because also it is Recyclable, Recycled and Refill.

We are talking about of a double wall monomaterial airless range, 100% PP.

Manufactured only with PP, also available in PCR materials, the Molpack´s new airless are recyclable and recycled.

Carried out by Molpack´s technical engineering team, M3R range is available in 30ml and 50ml capacities.

A range that will soon be expanded, being also available with an internal refill system. In a few months we will talk about Molpack´s new references, responding to its innovation plan and to its commitment to the environment.
